Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all Nord brand/price tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable (refer to "Non-Returnable Items" section below).
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the payment-initiated media via Payhere, our payment gateway, to ensure a secure and smooth transaction.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale items purchased online
- Items marked as "Special Collection" (exchange for a different size only).
- Gift cards
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on availability.
Exchanges
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Only exchanges for size or an alternative product (subject to availability) are allowed.
2. Exchange Process

3. Delivery Costs for Exchanges
- Customers must bear a Rs. 350 exchange delivery fee.
- If the new item is of a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.
- If the new item is of a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
4. Exchange Process:
- All returned items will be inspected before completing the exchange request.
- Items can only be exchanged for a different size or alternative product, subject to stock availability.
8. Processing Time:
- Exchanges may take up to 10 days to accommodate courier transit, inspection, and processing.
- If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will bear the courier charges for pickup and return.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse
- Items must be properly packed and sealed to avoid damage during transit
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
